1 part Hemp seeds (available at Aherns)
1 part Butter
Salt to taste
Roast the hemp seeds in either a pan or griller until brown.
Don't over cook otherwise they will burn and be bitter.
Grind the roasted seeds by hand by Mortar and Pestle or I've also heard that using a coffee grinder works too. This releases the oils. Over grinding can also make it bitter.
I use a spoon and a bowl to mix with the butter. Add salt to taste.
Easy and tasty!
