This Middle Eastern inspired salad with toasted pita, served with a tangy smoked eggplant and yoghurt dressing is my take on a traditional fattoush. Try this to share for a light breakfast on the weekend.
A sense of achievement today. We made our second vat of sheep milk blue, named Charltons Choice, (yes it's back!) along with two vats of Tarwin Blue. A great morning of solid work with some good humor along the way.
